Particularly good breakfast with a lot of choices. Room was comfortable quiet and staff amiable. Favourable location in residential area, close to picturesque suburb, large shopping centers and a very practical main avenue at Vitacura.

The location in a pretty quiet area was favorable and magnificent. There were a mall and a supermarket nearby. - the breakfast was reasonably good with a real espresso machine and a variety of food.

The breakfast was good, the hotel was perfectly fine and fairly clean. The room was clean and cozy, provided with 2 single beds and a separate shower and the bathroom. The staff was lovely and made it an awesome experience. The location was great, not too far away from an art museum.

Novotel is a great hotel. What I liked the most is the contemporany design of the hotel rooms. Relly nice, a little bit bizarre, but still nice.

We had a great time at Novotel. The location in Vitacura was perfect, close to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was efficient and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. Parking was also easy, which was a plus. Despite the underpowered and noisy air conditioning, we still enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend Novotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Santiago.

The staff - friendly, relaxed attitude, efficient, good local knowledge and any request was met with fast action. Great location - close to offices of Wines of Chile, shopping, great restaurants and night life - in other words an excellent location for both business and leisure

The rush hour traffic but that's not the fault of the hotel but need to warn guests of the peak traffic hours and allow enough time to get to appointments.

This hotel does offer two nice things: complementary breakfast and friendly staff. The location is also pretty great, with lots of choices of food and stores nearby. Another advantage is that it’s easy to get around with public transportation.

The walls are too thin, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway and next to my room - including construction work that started very early in the morning. the noise from the outside traffic made it hard to relax.
